Aminoglycosides: 
Gentamycin, Tobramycin, streptomycin - ansNarrow spectrum gram - aerobic bactericidal coverage such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Inhibits protein synthesis. Small volume of distribution, with renal clearance and need for dosing adjustment. AEs include ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity (worse with loop diuretics). Must monitor drug levels as well as renal function
